    Interesting pattern in that photo! I like the quote. When I used to ski, it always helped me to look back at where I had been and see what I accomplished by skiing down the slope. Gave me confidence. Maybe that is true generally in life.

      I really liked the picture. Jim has a pond in front of his house and that is snow patterns on the pond. Interesting on the ski slope. I think looking back at all the weight loss pictures gives me motivation and confidence to keep going and I’ll be successful. Maybe that isn’t a pattern when I think about it, although over the years I’ve looked at things I accomplished and that keeps me going for new endeavors.
