Grand Teton National Park

There is nothing so American as our national parks. The scenery and the wildlife are native. The fundamental idea behind the parks is native. It is, in brief, that the country belongs to the people, that it is in process of making for the enrichment of the lives of all of us. The parks stand as the outward symbol of the great human principle.ย  Franklin D. Roosevelt

I think Jesse’s comment may have been nudging me. He just told me about this site, and it’s wonderful — encouraging, optimistic, uplifting, purposeful, filled with hope & beauty. I was impressed with FDR’s quote — kinda thought it would’ve come from Teddy! Pretty impressed with you too, Sandy — though not surprised. Well done! … Ricarda …

  6. Jesse says:

Oh and I am already requesting roadrunner week! ๐Ÿ™‚

    • Sandy says:

That would be cool but I only have a couple of pictures of roadrunners but I am going to do bird week and I do have one line up in the near future with a roadrunner.

  7. ~me says:

    Hmmmmm

Requesting? Drat where to start ?? How you do this is such an amazingly giving thought provoking art Sandy.
